The Linné garden is a flourishing oasis in the middle of Uppsala. There are more than 1 300 different kinds of flowers and herbs in an eclectic mixture of colours and scents, which were collected from all corners of the globe by Linné and his disciples. Linné himself literally lived in the garden, in a yellow brick house which has been made into a museum. The garden is open all summer and if the weather is nice the café and the conservatory are open.
